Thanks, Ashley. I’ve lately found that my motivation to write has been lacking because of a perceived lack of time to write the 1000 word goal that I set for myself. Your simple approach of less is more seems easy enough to try over the next few days, weeks, months, years until as you state it, the ‘flow’ happens again. Having motivation day-in and day-out is hard, but agree that on those days when it is flagging, an anything is better than nothing approach will help keep things flowing.

Glad you found some motivation here ☺ it is hard, all it takes is one non agreeable incident in the day to knock us off, but realising this and still being able to write something/anything is great!
